Health Story Project Roundtable: The Power of C-CDA to Facilitate eCQMs
May 7, 2018 12:00pm – 1:00pm EDT (Virtual Event)
As the industry continues its shift toward value-based care, quality measures have taken on an increasing role in reimbursement, process improvement and care delivery. However, reporting requirements have added administrative burdens to hospitals and clinicians to capture, aggregate and report these measures. Consolidated CDA (C-CDA) has the potential to reduce the burden of reporting requirements and provide clinicians with valuable information to improve delivery of care. This Roundtable will explore the use of C-CDA documents for electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) reporting, and examine how quality measures can improve the patient’s health story.
